Questions
Do I need KSeF set up before I start?
No. Start issuing right away and connect KSeF in settings whenever you like. From then on, sending is automatic.
What happens when KSeF is down?
Your client gets the invoice straight away, in offline mode with QR codes. Wystaw sends it to KSeF within the legal deadline and makes sure none is left behind.
Can I run several brands under one business?
Yes. Up to 3 brands on Solo and up to 10 on Pro, each with its own logo, invoice layout and numbering.
Is an English invoice KSeF-compliant?
KSeF receives the structured FA(3) file. The version your client sees can be in Polish, English or both.
Can I issue invoices from my phone?
Yes. Wystaw runs in your phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen like an app.
What happens to my invoices if I leave?
They stay yours. Download PDF and XML any time, including after you cancel.
