Who Wystaw is for

Wystaw is for you if

• You run a sole proprietorship or freelance. You issue a few to a few dozen invoices a month. The Free plan gives 10 invoices a month for PLN 0; Solo costs PLN 9/month or PLN 79/year, VAT included.
• You run several brands on one business. A studio, a shop and workshops under one tax ID: up to 3 brands on Solo, 10 on Pro, each with its own logo, invoice layout and numbering.
• You invoice clients abroad. Invoices in Polish, English or bilingual (PL/EN), in a foreign currency at the NBP rate. KSeF still receives a valid FA(3) file.
• You invoice from your phone. Wystaw runs in your phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen. An invoice in a minute, no computer needed.
• You want KSeF handled for you. Connect with Profil Zaufany — no .p12 file, no qualified signature. Wystaw obtains and renews the KSeF certificates, and when KSeF is down it issues in offline24 mode with QR codes and sends the invoice later.
• You work with an API or an AI agent. The Pro plan has a REST API and webhooks. Through the MCP server you connect Claude, Claude Code or Cursor: the agent prepares the invoice, you approve it.

Wystaw is not for you if you need

• Accounting: tax ledgers, JPK and VAT returns filed for you, social security, payroll
• Warehouse and stock
• Cash registers and receipts
• Recurring invoices

Then choose accounting software or an accounting office. Wystaw only invoices — and gives your accountant a ready export: FA(3) XML, PDF and UPO, or CSV.
